What if I can't get my coupon code to work?

Do you ship to Europe? I don't see my country in your list of shipping options.

We have a European distributor so you will need to go through a local dealer if possible or  www.andertons.co.uk  www.thomann.de.

I don't live in the U.S. Do I have to pay customs?

Yes. The amount depends on your country and its import fees.

Warranty & Repairs

Does my pedal come with a warranty?

Walrus Audio products come with a limited lifetime warranty for workmanship and components. This warranty does not include misuse or accidents resulting in damage. Warranty is not transferable or assignable and will only be issued to the original owner. The warranty will only be valid for those who have a registered warranty card and a receipt showing the date of purchase. 

What happens if my pedal breaks?

We offer free repair and return shipping on any of our products as long as the internal circuitry hasn't been previously tampered with by anyone outside of our shop. Email customerservice@walrusaudio.com for more details. 

Returns

What if I want to return my pedal?

Walrus Audio offers a 14-day return period from the time your item(s) were received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
